Position:
Telecaller
We are looking for an Experience Telecaller to join the team.

We are recruiting self-motivated, experienced and result oriented telesales agents to contribute in generating sales for our company. You must be comfortable in presenting projects/properties to a multi-linguistic customer base over the phone to increase business.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase.
  • Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performancerelated expectations.

Requirements:


  • Excellent command of English language, both speaking and written.
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
  • Must be presentable.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- telemarketer: 1 year (required)
