- Lead ateam of engineers delivering solutions leveraging the Salesforceplatform
- Seek improvements to establishedprocesses, designs, and engineeringsolutions
- Collaborate on business analysis andtechnical designs
- Provide Salesforce subjectmatter expertise to business customers and cross-functionalteams
- Deliver engineering solutions leveragingthe Salesforce platform
- Bachelor's degree orequivalent in Computer Science or a related engineeringfield
- Experience with Salesforce developmentand integrations
- Experience as a hands-onengineering manager or a team lead
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills inEnglish
- Ability to collaborate remotely with adiverse set of team members and stakeholders, remain highlymotivated, productive, and organized in a fully remoteenvironment
- Ability to travel to internationaldestinations for one week at a time, approximately 2-4 times peryear. Locations prior to the global pandemic included New York,Seattle, London, Cape Town, Budapest, Berlin, Montreal, andBrussels
- Experience as a software developer ina high-level language - preferably Go orPython
- Experience in a business role such assales, finance, or operations
