Role DescriptionThis is a fulltime onsite role for a Managed Services Specialist located in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

The Managed Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support network security and IT service management to ensure the smooth operation of client systems.

The role will also involve sales activities to support the growth of our managed services offering. Local UAE experience is must.

QualificationStrong expertise in Managed Services and IT Service ManagementExperience in providing technical support and network securityAbility to manage client systems and ensure smooth operationSales skills and ability to support the growth of managed servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and handle multiple projectsRelevant certifications in IT service management or network securityExperience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
