Job Description Summary:

To design and deliver successful marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards, and
digital products in line with agreed KPIs.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning, Campaign Management & Execution + Analysis & insight**- Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the construction portfolio (including

exhibitor, conference, and visitor campaigns, as well as special events)

  • Set out and monitor the entire budget, drop schedule, and media plan
  • Use the full marketing mix to promote the exhibition and workshops by the
marketing strategy and overall business objectives

  • Identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe
  • Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for each of the key segments
media, digital marketing, etc.)

  • Ensure show websites are fully up to date with latest information in accordance to campaign
cycle

  • Maintain active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagement
and maximize conversion

  • Strategic database build.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are
adhered to

  • Manage PR agency in coordination with the Exhibition Director/HOM
  • Use all media tools such as social platforms, explore new marketing channels
  • Copy write and proof all marketing materials (in conjunction with Exhibition Director/HOM if
needed) in line with the content calendar and messaging

  • Update and adhere to agreed marketing budget.
