Legal Counsel and Contracts Manager

Must have criteria:

  • 10+ years experience in legal and contracts management within the oil & gas sector.
  • Work experience for oilfield services companies (ideally, top 4).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English language (both written and verbal)
  • Expertise in legal and contract negotiation including postcontract issue management
  • Expertise in commercial & corporate matters, M&A, intellectual property in relation to Oil and Gas
  • Expertise in compliance including anti bribery and corruption, FCPA, and third party management
  • Legal/Law Degree
