Job summary
Deliver high quality teaching to the students for certifications at all levels to provide training courses to candidates based on the approved lesson plan monitoring and assessing student progress on an ongoing basis identify best and innovative practices in learning and teaching build them into personal teaching practice take lead responsibility for a program area subject or course as required enhance student experience and outcomes provide academic advice and counselling liaise closely with teaching technical and administrative staff as appropriate ensure a quality teaching and learning environment contribute actively team activity where appropriate lead major research knowledge transfer projects maintain research profile normally international standing demonstrate commitment making impact based research knowledge transfer lead learning activities particular area agreed e.g. program leadership any other tasks given management.
