    Description
    • Project management (R&Dprograms): ensure the sufficient and profitable execution of allallocated programs and related contracts within the constraints ofschedule, budget and scope of work
    • Planning,develop, execute & maintain a project management plan andaggregate project plans for all allocatedprojects
    • Contract execution: ensure adherenceto contractual requirements and objectives, utilizing resourceseffectively over the full lifecycle of thecontract
    • Support System Engineer and designteam in developing the System Engineering Management Plan, TEMP,QAP, CMP
    • Resource management: facilitate linemanagement planning to secure appropriateresources
    • Control: ensure the conformity ofprogram output against contractual requirements, as well as companynorms and standards
    • Risk management: manage theidentification, assessment and mitigation of projectrisks
    • Reporting: report project status to thevarious Executive and Project Managemententities
    • Provide strategic guidance to teamsand project managers, coach and mentor junior team members andcontribute to the knowledge of the office through collaborativeexchange

    Experience &Education Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree orequivalent required
    • 8+ years hands onexperience Customer and DevelopmentEnvironment
