    Job description
    The Scale WMS Specialist acts as the primary technical interface between GAC and the Manhattan Support.

    His/her primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


    Basic system administration functions on SCALE including:

    • User maintenance
    • Adding, updating and deleting users from the system
    • Warehouse master data maintenance
    • Location management
    • Wave templates
    • Adding printers and scanners
    • Changing document routing
    • Integration management
    • Checking integration failures on a daily basis
    • Checking integration reports and event viewer
    • Resubmitting integration files where required
    Act as 2 nd line support on all incidents raised before escalation to Manhattan Support:


    • Resolving basic issues in the warehouse
    • Performing initial analysis of incidents, including troubleshooting using transaction and process histories, before escalation to Manhattan Support

    Perform system maintenance together with customers IT departments:

    • Checking the system parameters for items such as RAM and space availability
    • Performing regular systems maintenance in compliance with the System Maintenance Guide (specific checks and rectifications are performed by IT team)
    • Reprint racking labels when required
    • Drive system and user testing from the customer s side and provide transition support
    Job requirements
    Skills and Qualifications


    • A Bachelor s Degree in IT or equivalent
    • At least 3 years of experience administering or supporting SCALE WMS or other warehouse or supply chain management systems
    • Experience and knowledge of Mantis LVS, Camelot and/or Microsoft Business Central
    • Good knowledge of SQL server, wireless and handheld systems
    • Excellent problem solving and service delivery skills
    • Knowledge of EDI and XML is a plus
    • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
    • Experience with ERP systems, SCALE WMS or FMCG industry is a plus
