At TK Elevator UAE, you will be supporting the Service Department in the documentation and preparation of various reports pertaining to the activities in operations and maintaining existing records.


Activities of the Department:


  • Service field operation which includes preventive maintenance, callbacks and repairs of elevators / escalators / travelators
  • Ensure live input data is being collected by the field team during their assigned job and entered in the system
  • Data analysis and to provide solutions for: man power and spare parts optimization, equipment reliability improvement, etc.
  • Focus on the client requirements and meet them as per the contractual obligations
  • Ensure appropriate quality, health, safety and environment practices
  • Conduct regular inspection of workplaces to assure safe conditions of workers
  • Participate in investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent recurrences

Reports to the Service Field Manager and his subordinates


Hands-on experience may include:

  • Prepare monthly reports for all projects
  • Data entry of billable and nonbillable repairs into the system and monitoring sheet
  • Develop and prepare technical reports
  • Maintain a database of third party inspection comments and prepare a consolidated monitoring sheet
  • Maintain a database of Site Safety Leadership Audit for the fiscal year
  • Closely follow up with the Zone Coordinators to expedite completion of preventive maintenance

Requirements to apply:

We are currently looking for an Intern to support the Service Field team in the areas of documentation and preparation of various reports with the following qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor students specializing in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly responsible & accurate
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office including advanced excel tool utilization
  • Ability to write professional and technical reports / procedures
