    Operational

    1.Respond to all Dubai Customs employees services requests on time with high quality of service.

    2.Ensure that the exit interviews are conducted in a timely manner and the exit interview findings are communicated to the respective department and top management to address the gaps.

    3.Audit Dubai Customs employee's files and system to ensure that the data entered are reflecting in the system and running correctly and in compliance with HR law.

    4.Ensure that the Dubai customs employees are registered under pension systems and submit all the information to pension authority.

    5.Coordinate with all the departments of Dubai customs to solve issues raised and escalated by each employees and find the best way solve the problems.

    6.Supervise Employee Relations employees to ensure that employee services provided properly.

    7.Assist Dubai Customs employees/ terminated/ resigned by providing support and managing employee services.

    8.Train and guide employee relations employees by providing a prober training programs and follow up with them to make sure that the results are delivered.

    9.Guide and follow up employees with daily task to ensure that day-to-day employee services activities are going on fine.

    10.Enhance the employees' data in the Oracle system for efficient storage and retrieval.

    11.Performa all the assigned tasks from the line manager with reliability, honesty, and discretion

    12.Provide recommendations on implementing latest methodologies and technologies in carrying out payroll functions.

    13.Support and guide payroll officers in their payroll tasks.

    14.Advice Manager- Employee Relations and Payroll team while taking decisions on payroll issues.

    15.Support the line manager with financial information and analysis to review and take correct decisions in relation to payroll.

    16.Research on a variety of payroll related information (e.g. time sheets, direct deposits, wage attachments, benefits, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accurate distribution of funds and payroll.

    17.Research on latest and efficient trends in payroll management and advice on using them for enhancing payroll functions.

    18.Support in incorporating and implementing, standard and current, payroll related policies, practices and/or regulations in Dubai Customs payroll functions.

    Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in line with Dubai Customs information security policies and procedures in order to protect information from any disclosure or misuse.

    Minimum Educational Requirements

    Degree in the relevant businees area
    with additional Post Graduate
    certifications or Graduate with Post
    Grauduate Diploma and relevant
    certifications

    Experience:

    years of relevant experience with
    exposure to leading projects, producing
    analytical reports with
    recommendations, improving business
    processes, work simplification solutions,
    preparing and presenting proposals,
    leading functional teams in projects
