Job description
The Assistant – Compliance will support the Compliance Department in ensuring that the company operates in accordance with UAE regulatory requirements, banking partner guidelines, and internal policies. The role involves monitoring documentation, maintaining regulatory records, and assisting in audits and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, Central Bank guidelines, and partner bank policies.
- Maintain proper records of compliance reports and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Identify and report any non-compliance issues or suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for compliance-related queries.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Prepare compliance reports for management review.
- Support implementation of updated regulatory policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance, banking, financial services, or sales operations (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
