Hantec Markets is looking for an efficient and hard-working Executive Assistant, to provide high quality support to our Business Development Director (BDD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
in our Dubai office.

About the role:


Requirement for both COO and BDD to have an Executive Assistant to support with general admin, ad hoc tasks with the addition of the ability to analyze data and create reports to assist with strategic decision making.

To manage a range of business support activities working closely with the management team to ensure effective running of the business with a focus on data analysis.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and seamless support to the Business Development Director (BDD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), including managing a range of business support activities and project management.
  • Assist the BDD/COO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of tasks including arranging travel itineraries, active calendar management and composing corporate correspondence
  • Extract, clean, and analyse data from various sources, including financial reports and customer databases using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • Conduct analysis to identify correlations and patterns from the data and present findings in easytounderstand reports
  • Coordinate and supervise daily operations alongside the BDD/COO to implement plans and goals for the company
  • Create performance reports for the company's business ventures
  • Undertake other relevant duties as appropriate, in line with the priorities and needs of the organization
  • Able to anticipate the needs of the BDD/COO and provide solutions
  • Strong data and trend analysis skills, including experience in MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively

Education & Experience

  • Minimum three years corporate experience with executive assistant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
