Please note that the position is to be based in IRAQ.

Salary:
USD Per month

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Perform system upgrades and software installations
  • Troubleshoot network and server issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to network and server infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Provide technical support and guidance to endusers
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Set up and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees.
  • Maintain and update the organization's website and intranet.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems.
  • Perform regular system and software updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, scanners, mobile devices, and networkrelated issues.
  • Work with IT team members to implement new software, hardware, and technology solutions.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
