    About The Role

    Manages portfolio of tools and applications: o Data, BI and Reporting o CRM o Loyalty o Financial Planning
    • Contributes to company strategy and seeks for new opportunities by incorporating new technical trends in the market to improve business processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
    • Maintain partnership between business needs and technology delivery; define SLAs and oversee service delivery.
    • Manage and support projects and larger programs, design, testing and training.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Strategic Roles and Responsibilities


    • Advise Business Stakeholders on Complex implementations and solutions that involve different systems.


    • Contribute to Company Business Strategy by providing insight into available or emerging technologies


    • Research and analyze complex enterprise problems and provide solutions.


    • Evaluate various products and vendors ability as part of the selection process.


    • Documenting strategic requirements and later meeting those requirements by working in collaboration with the IT department or third-party vendors

    Functional Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serves as a "trusted advisor," and functions as a key point of IT contact for the Business, providing the necessary technical support for maintenance, optimization and reconfiguration of the applications and drive effective utilization of currently deployed applications
  • Business Relationship Management – understanding relevant business strategies, drivers, and processes and providing technology guidance for maximizing return on investment
  • Business Architecture – creating and maintaining a blueprint of the business organization to be able to manage overall change and alignment with the business architecture
  • Manages Project Portfolio for their domain and aligns with the key business stakeholders; ensures alignment between different business units
  • Takes lead in project prioritization, and influences key stakeholders to ensure right projects are prioritized and executed
  • Uses the service catalogue to identify opportunities and may assess and provide recommendations based on business relevance, appropriate timing, technology, implementation, and deployment
  • Maintains awareness of changes to organizational strategy, goals and processes to ensure requirements appropriately reflect the need of the organization the service levels with key business stakeholders
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and they ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers.
  • Collaborates with management to develop annual budgets for respective business areas.
  • Develops solution concepts and business cases for new investments.
  • Performs business analysis and prepares recommendations and business plans as needed.
  • Creates and analyze relevant information and develops recommendations that they present to senior management.
  • Acts as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and vendors.
  • Possesses a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and uses them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources.
  • Create shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms
  • Develop and implement sound rationale for portfolio management: managing product phase-in-phase-out plans, proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps within the portfolio
  • Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals
  • Oversee the launch of solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization
  • Identify, screen, and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs
  • Ability to partner with key staff members to create strategic business plans
  • Strong Analytical skills, including an understanding of business economics and financial resources
  • Utilizing the appropriate technologies, ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements.
  • Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards
  • Collaborate with the PMO on the intake process and prioritization of candidate projects across the company

  • Manages a team of Business Systems Managers and oversees the third-party Provider's design, development, integration, and deployment activities, operationally and in Projects
  • Provides direct oversight of staff related to application management (Business Systems Manager)
  • Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business needs and technology-based business solutions; evaluates implications to IT operations
  • Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results
  • Conducts performance evaluation of the team and provide effective coaching and mentoring
  • Fosters a team environment, recommends training programs targeting specific areas of improvement
  • About You

    A relevant University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    Experience working with Data, Business Intelligence, Loyalty, CRM, Financial Planning, eCommerc

    Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role in IT in a global company or an organization with similar size to ATI

    Adept in ideating adoption strategy and implementation of upcoming technological trends
    • Strong experience in managing large scale and critical projects
    • Relevant industry experience, preferably in the Middle East
