- Monitor manager portfolios and funding to understand strategies, financial performance, and risks.
- Rebalance fund allocations and prepare budget transfers.
- Review and analyze financial statements, cashflows, and portfolio financial data.
- Maintain alignment of financial data across project portfolios.
- Assess risks, evaluate portfolio performance, and support investment decisions.
- Act as PMO Administrator for the portfolio management system, including support for Oracle Fusion Project Management rollout.
- Lead Business Analyst activities for Oracle Project Management Portfolio modules (Project Billing, Costing, Accounting, and Execution).
- Support communications by drafting articles and emails regarding system changes and updates for end users.
- Update and maintain the PPM SharePoint site, ensuring easy access to documentation related to BAU support, releases, upgrades, enhancements, Clarity documentation, and change management.
- Ensure consistent intake, tracking, and visibility of new project and improvement requests, aligning the portfolio with organizational strategic goals.
- Work closely with Project Managers to support the effective use of project and portfolio management tools.
- Plan and implement project management strategies using standardized templates and toolsets.
- Ensure project parameters align with agreed business requirements and expectations.
- Monitor project schedules and cashflows to ensure timely execution and completion.
- Gather and analyze project data to identify risks, weaknesses, and budget or schedule issues.
- Collaborate with project team members to provide guidance and solutions to unforeseen issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports for management review.
- Communicate project status and progress to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure project strategies comply with organizational standards and applicable federal laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Power BI and SharePoint
- Portfolio and project management expertise

- Proven ability to interact with and provide guidance to senior management and project staff
- Experience engaging IT, business, and vendor stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, system, and non-system requirements
- Ability to work independently or lead a Business Analyst team
