Job Summary:
Luxbridge International Realty is searching for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking an individual who can effectively promote our diverse portfolio of properties through various digital channels, with a primary focus on content creation and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Marketing:
- Generate highquality, informative, and visually appealing content to showcase our properties.
- Create engaging visuals, videos, and virtual tours to promote our listings.
- Implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage potential buyers and tenants.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor engagement on social media platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and comments from the social media audience.
Online Advertising:
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
- Monitor the performance of ad campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Manage the digital advertising budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in creating and managing online advertisements.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to utilize them effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working for a real estate company is a plus.
- Must have worked in the UAE for the last 2 years.
How to Apply:
Salary:
AED60, AED80,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
