    Description

    Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility.

    We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

    What youll do:
    Establish and uphold execution standards safety protocols and team workflows in alignment with Archers global expectations.
    Lead the execution of key operational programs in the UAE including aircraft logistics site establishment and event coordination.
    Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and UAE program teams.
    Drive tactical problem-solving and daily issue resolution escalating impediments and implementing real-time solutions.
    Monitor program milestones budgets and critical path items to ensure timely delivery.
    Establish and uphold execution standards safety protocols and team workflows.


    What you need:
    5 years of experience in project or program management preferably in aerospace infrastructure or logisticsStrong organizational and cross-functional coordination skillsExperience managing vendors events and timelines under pressureProactive solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsFluency in English required; Arabic preferredBased in UAE and able to travel regularly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai and other cities as needed

    Bonus Qualifications:
