Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Arabic Speaker)
Must be an Arabic Speaker
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of the company.
- Handle incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate individuals and taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's professionalism and brand image.
- Coordinate visitor access and security protocols, issuing badges and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference calls for senior staff members.
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Collaborate with various departments to support administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and special projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in using office software and communication tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and telecommunication systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Customercentric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Salary:
AED3, AED6,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
