Place of Work:
Pastry / Bakery Kitchen and all support areas
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain the Physical Product and to advise of any faults
- To attend trainings set by company and or their seniors
- To fully understand standards and take appropriate action to maintain a safe and equitable working environment whilst being sensitive to, and aware of, business levels in order to maintain a disciplined but harmonious department.
- Maintain good colleagues' relations
- Work to the specifications received by the Pastry Chef de Partie regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index maintaining standards and consistency
- To understand and to be aware of food costs within your department.
- Pass all information to the next shift about functions through a proper hand over system.
- Adhere to Leopard Pots standards and guidelines
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Commis or in similar role.
- Completed kitchen apprentice or chefs training courses for at least one year.
- Flexible
- Previous F&B knowledge
- High school degree
Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
