    Graduate Trainee - ProjectManagement

    To Provide Fresh Graduateswith the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise whileworking for the ADNOC Group as Trainees;
    To selecttop-tier candidates for the ADNOC Group future talent pool throughcompetency assessments and performance reviews during theTrainee's program;
    To facilitate the transitionfrom Trainee to Employee and to expose Trainees to the culture ofthe ADNOC Group before potentially being offered permanentemployment as a direct hire employee;

    To provide valuablereal-life work experience and on-the-job training within the ADNOCGroup even for those that are not able to join permanently.
