- Follow up withthe Clients, using the CRM tools, in order to strengthen thelongterm relationship with clients;
- Host andconduct appointments either in presence or leveraging technology todo virtual appointments;
- Embrace and promotethe Omni Channel mindset;
- Build and maintain anample knowledge of the world of luxury fashion by being constantlyinformed on fashion trends and competitors, with the purpose to beable to discuss them with the clients and to giveadvises;
- Take ownership of resolving Clientcomplaints liaising with the line manager and Client Service team,when necessary;
- Operate with the highest levelof care and respect for the Products;
- UtilizeCompany digital tools actively to offer a complete and integratedluxury experience;
- Work in synergy with theBack of House, participating to the daily operations of the storeand maintaining an organized stock room;
- Act incompliance to Company procedures on operational guidelines andstock procedures, as well as security, cash activity, inventory,logistics and all main reporting activities requested by headoffice, ensuring that Company policies and procedures areproactively executed;
- Work as a team player andpartner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructivecommunication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience andcontribute to a positive working environment, embracing Diversityand inclusion values.
