Job Description-To develop strategically sound communication plans tackling key client challenges.
-To lead on digital media plan selection, quality of execution and operational excellence.
-To ensure world-class client service and account management, working alongside direct reports.
-To lead day-to-day client and agency team management.
-Should have good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure
-Be able to identify and tackle key client business challenges, leveraging agency solutions to unlock growth for clients.
-Develop an expert understanding of the client's business, their products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
-Expert knowledge of the media market place and opportunities available
-Sound knowledge of digital & offline advertising & marketing technologies.
-A good grasp of strategic digital communications planning and acting in a consultant capacity to the client.
-Understand how research is conducted for all the major media e.g. Expertise in all relevant industry software and systems: Statex, Z-Plan, GWI, SimilarWeb, EuroMonitor
-Be able to develop a good rapport with media owners and colleagues within Starcom and the partner agencies.
-Lead the development and execution of media plans across multiple clients and industries.
-Work along with reporting manager taking into account both the client's and the agency's key performance indicators.
-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, translating strategies into innovative media, and working well under pressure.
-Build a strong rapport with clients and business partners.
Technical & Product
-Understand client's overall business and marketing objectives displaying a sound knowledge of all media, including TV, print, radio, Outdoor and Online. Working efficiently as part of an overall integrated team
-Be an analytical-first thinker with the ability to digest and analyze data in order to come to insights that lead to competitive advantage for our clients.
-Expertise in all research data, including client research such as: Sales Data, Awareness tracking, Competitive Data etc.
-Be familiar with and able to sell advanced research tools
-Ability to understand media briefs and develop media strategies accordingly
-Experience of monitoring, reporting, and analyzing metrics data.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
-Exceptional communication skills – you're skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendations
-A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing, encouraging and inspiring them to grow
-To help the team as required, e.g. perform competitive analyses, answering direct information requests, evaluation of media options
-To work with Buying & Finance team to: provide investment briefs, overlook implementation plan, cooperate to solve any issues on on-going plans, report back the media investments

-To grow the strategic thinking capabilities of the team
-To create and develop a strategic framework that delivers on the client's objectives - Formulation of a media strategy, Consumer Insights Analysis, Identification of business challenges facing the client, Competitive Landscape Analysis, Media selection, Maximizing cost-efficiency, Timing and laydown, Budget levels by market
-Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.

Qualifications-BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
-A four-year college education and 6 to 10 years of media planning & client facing experience
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
-8-10 years of experience in media planning or related role.
-Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of planning managers.
-Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
-Digital Certifications across the major platforms, including Meta (FB & IG), Google, Snap Chat, Twitter & TikTok, in addition to familiarity in industry developments & initiatives I.e.: commerce, Metaverse, NFTs, etc...
-Experience in business development.
