    Full-Time | Rotational ShiftsPosition PurposeAs a Care Companion at Eunoia Accessible Transport, you support the emotional, physical, and behavioral needs of passengers during their journey.

    This role involves providing calm, attentive assistance to seniors, People of Determination, and medically vulnerable individuals, ensuring every ride is safe, respectful, and comfortable.

    Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with passenger boarding, securing seatbelts, and safe exiting.
    Offer support for individuals with cognitive, emotional, or developmental challenges.
    Communicate effectively with the driver, Journey Coordinator, and family/caregiver contacts.
    Monitor behavior and respond to anxiety, agitation, or emergencies with calm, de-escalating actions.
    Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and dignity within the vehicle.
    Protect confidential passenger information in accordance with UAE PDPL (Data Protection Law).QualificationsAt least 2 years in a caregiving, healthcare, or educational support roleStrong emotional resilience and empathy under stressBasic use of mobile apps and reporting toolsEnglish fluency required; Arabic, Tagalog, or Urdu preferredPhysically able to support or lift up to 20kgMandatory Pre-Hire RequirementsUAE residency and Emirates IDBackground checkMedical and 10-panel drug screeningChild abuse clearance (if assigned to minors)

    Training & Development PathwayCare Companions complete a 36-hour onboarding program, consisting of:
    Phase 1 – Pre-Hire VerificationClearance and documentationPhase 2 – Core Training (12.5 Hours Classroom)
