Senior UI/UX DesignerLocation: Abu DhabiRole Purpose:

The senior UI/UX Designer's role involves conducting extensive research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and user-centered designs.

Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills.
Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-cantered design methodologies.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:

Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technologyEntrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presenceGraphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design.

Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototypingKnowledge of Agile software development process


Previous experience:
4-6 years of experience in UI & UXBachelor's degree in design or equivalent areaAbility to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organizationExperience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and FigmaExperience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototypingKnowledge of Agile software development processKnowledge of Design Systems is a plus
