Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and send detailed and accurate quotations to potential clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Handle reservations and booking procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
  • Maintain an organized record of all bookings, client information, and interactions using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify sales opportunities, develop strategies, and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the management regarding sales performance, client feedback, and operational issues.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints or concerns, resolving them promptly and professionally to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactively seeking ways to improve sales processes, customer experience, and overall company growth.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge, trends, and best practices related to tourism and sales techniques.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

- preferably in
Tourism Industry: 1 year (required)
