- Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
- Monitor supervisors and field staff on the job assigned and plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
- Assess and evaluate team and individual performance
- Site visits to assess the quality of service delivery, safe working practices, and soft skills.
- Monitor the work schedules and timecards for all field staff.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Ensure process compliance and report accuracy from the teams
- Assists all team members for any issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
- Drive upsell target with all the team leaders as per the scope of work
- Recruit new employees as per the scope of work requirement
- Represent team performance to management and cascade work instruction to the team members accordingly
- Coordinate with all internal departments for work accomplishment, if required
- Proven experience in leading large-sized field operations teams (above 100 )
- Proven experience in Environmental Services, Technical Services, or Maintenance Services
- Team Building skills, Training and development
- Ability and drive to challenge and improve SOPs
- Driving License is a must
- Excellent English communication skills
- Presentable and polite character
- Engineering or Managerial degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of UAE experience working as an Operations manager (or deputy)
