    Description

    Operations Manager - Technical Services ( Soft & Hard)

    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
    • Monitor supervisors and field staff on the job assigned and plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
    • Assess and evaluate team and individual performance
    • Site visits to assess the quality of service delivery, safe working practices, and soft skills.
    • Monitor the work schedules and timecards for all field staff.
    • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
    • Ensure process compliance and report accuracy from the teams
    • Assists all team members for any issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
    • Drive upsell target with all the team leaders as per the scope of work
    • Recruit new employees as per the scope of work requirement
    • Represent team performance to management and cascade work instruction to the team members accordingly
    • Coordinate with all internal departments for work accomplishment, if required

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Proven experience in leading large-sized field operations teams (above 100 )
    • Proven experience in Environmental Services, Technical Services, or Maintenance Services
    • Team Building skills, Training and development
    • Ability and drive to challenge and improve SOPs
    • Driving License is a must
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Presentable and polite character

    Education and Experience:

    • Engineering or Managerial degree
    • At least 3 to 5 years of UAE experience working as an Operations manager (or deputy)
