As a Banquet Operations Manager for ConradDubai, you are responsible for managing all aspects of Conferenceand Banqueting operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience. A Conference and Banquet Operations Manager will alsobe required to optimise sales and provide leadership to the team toensure department targets are met. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

• Manage allConference and Banqueting operations
• Maintainexceptional levels of customer service
• Ensurecompliance of brand standards
• Evaluate guestsatisfaction levels with a focus on continuousimprovement
• Aware of trends and propose ideasto build the range and quality of Conference andBanquet
• Optimise sales and contain costs,identifying any areas for action
• Set achievablebudgets and other short- and long-term functionalgoals
• Provide effective leadership to theConference and Banquet teams to ensure targets are met and exceededboth for the hotel and individualdevelopment
