Marketing Operations Officer Job Responsibilities:
- Markets the work by managing staff, developing marketing plans, maintaining response operations, and maintaining work quality.
- Recruits select, and on boards; maintains a safe and secure work environment; and develop personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules, assigning employees, and providing backup.
- Maintains quality service by monitoring calls, surveying customers, and evaluating outcomes.
- Resolves customer problems, and providing information, and answering questions.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements between the customers and the operation teams.
- Keeps management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations.
- Maintains equipment by coordinating requirements with operation teams.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing plans to increase customer interest and demand for the services.
- Monitors operation costs.
Salary:
From AED2,400.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
