Responsibilities

As a Residency and Citizenship Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the overall running of the sales team

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses

Oversee planning for following years business plan

Oversee financial invoicing for all department activities within the set budget

Requirements

English at a professional level

Relevant experience for at least a 3 years

Negotiation skills and knowledge of sales technologies

Strong planning and KPI knowledge

Work in immigration and visa consulting services for at least 1 year
