What you'll do?
- Support the team with negotiations on commissions for exclusive brands
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Generate leads through direct contact, wordofmouth, and cold calling
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing vendors to ensure that they are retained
- Growing business through the development of new leads and identifying new revenue opportunities by market research
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing & business development documentation
- Assisting other departments & colleagues with other responsibilities as required
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more vendors
- Reviewing vendors feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Coordinate with the vendors for new offers and promotions to add freshness and value addition to the customers
What you'll need
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Previous experience in business development would be a plus
- Be available from 9 to 5:30, Monday to Saturday
