Invictus EducationGroup is looking for an Online Head to join their team. The purposeof this role is to provide leadership for InvictussOnline/Distance Learning programmes basedat the Support Office inUmhlanga.

TheOnline Head, works closely with the Heads of Academic, Marketing,Online Sales and the Chief Revenue Officer, to develop Onlinelearning opportunities, increase Online enrolment levels and trackOnline programme and Online learnersuccess.

Abroad understanding (objectives of the Online EducationHead):

• Coachand mentor existing Sales Team, in order to achieve revenue andEBITDAtargets
  
• Workwith marketing to expand the reach of online programs and generateincreasing enrolmentnumbers
  
• Develop& implement cost effective Online Marketing strategies tooptimise cost per lead and increaseenrolments
  
• Organiseinitiatives for online programmes and identify trends in onlinelearning
  
• Workclosely with the Heads/Managers of the various departments, tointegrate distance learning options across allprograms
  
• Assessand analyse current online programmes, and find ways to streamlineand optimiseprocesses
  
• Workto give students a smooth application & enrolmentprocess
  
• Setup a system to collect and measure NPS results, post Sales and postprogrammecompletion
  
• Explorenew technological concepts and techniques that may benefitinstruction.

Requiredqualifications &Experience:

• Bachelorof Commerce or Business Science,or
  
• Fiveyears experience working in Online Education,or
  
• Fiveyears experience in Online Sales
  
• Experiencedeveloping and delivering training and support services for onlinelearning
  
• Knowledgeof and experience in application of best practices in educationaltechnologies and quality online coursedelivery
  
• Experiencewith a Learning Management system(LMS)
  
• Demonstratedknowledge of best practices as related to educational technologiesand onlineeducation.
