Our company is looking for a Tele Marketing to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures;
- Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies;
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data;
- Notifying team leader of needed repairs;
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications;
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs;
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards;
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures;
- Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information;
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis;
- Reporting needed changes;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Conscientiousness;
- Sales Situation Handling
- Basic;
- Customer Service Situation Handling;
- Computer Literacy.
Pay:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
Experience:
- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
