- Campaign Planning & Content Strategy
- Plan and execute the annual campaign calendar in alignment with business goals.
- Lead the creative development of multiformat content across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat for paid campaigns.
- Creative Development & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute interactive and videoled ad formats to drive engagement and performance.
- Review and approve all visual and written assets, including ad copies, CRM push notifications, emailers, and WhatsApp content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and creative excellence.
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and quality control for all campaign deliverables.
- Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison for the creative agencies, providing clear, insightdriven briefs and ensuring alignment on key messaging and objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align content with business priorities.
- Data-Driven Creative Optimization
- Partner with the Performance and CRM Marketing teams to continuously test and optimize creatives based on KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging and creative formats.
- Influencer Marketing
- Work closely with influencer agencies to craft campaign concepts, briefs, and ensure output meets brand guidelines.
- Oversee the production of highquality influencer content such as product unboxings, styling videos, and storytelling pieces.
- Partner with the paid media team to amplify topperforming influencer content through targeted boosts.
- Trendspotting & Innovation
- Stay up to date with the latest trends across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.
- Monitor competitor strategies and identify opportunities to leverage new formats and content innovations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in content creation for an ecommerce company or online startup company
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative strategy, preferably in ecommerce, home decor, or furniture.
- Experience in content creation specific to paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Experience with performance metrics, A/B testing and using data to guide creative decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fastpaced environments.
- Ability to brief and manage an agency.
