Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive.

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources (HR) management.

The role will involve working closely with the management and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources (HR) management
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to HR management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Certification in HR management is preferred
• Experience in the WPS & PRO is a plus
