    JOB SUMMARY

    The Senior Manager Residential Marketing Europe MiddleEast & Africa (EMEA) plays a key role in developing andimplementing the marketing strategy to drive awareness andperformance for Marriotts portfolio of Residential brandsthroughout the region. The Sr. Manager is responsible fordelivering proactive account management and marketing support toresidential licensees by building close working relationships with3rd party Developers and key internal stakeholders includingResidential Operations & Finance Brand teams Legal teamsAsset Management Bonvoy Global Design eCommerce PR and EMEAContinent organization. The Sr. Manager will be a core member ofthe Residential Marketing team working to promote Marriott as theDevelopment partner of choice for mixeduse projects and brandedresidences and cultivating excellent professional workingrelationships with the licensees we serve.

    He/She will manage and utilize global marketing channels includinga Residential digital ecosystem and social media platform(LinkedIn) as well as a suite of tools developed to driveresidential price premiums and sales velocity for ResidentialLicensees including marketing toolkits and templates photo assetlibrary Brand/Graphic Standards for each residential brandpresentations and webinars and comprehensive approval process. TheSr. Manager will also be excellent at account management and leadMarketing kickoff calls drive loyalty integration conduct brandimmersions and sales trainings and coordinate Bonvoy email andcontent integration.

    This role based in Dubaireports to the Vice President Development & ResidentialMarketing and works collaboratively within the ResidentialMarketing team to plan marketing initiatives and prioritize effortsbased on goals performance budget and businesspriorities.

    CANDIDATEPROFILE

    Education andExperience Required

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited university inBusiness Administration Marketing or related
    • 5years of relevant professional experience in brand management orproduct management experience
    • Proventrackrecord of delivering high quality work products on time andwith limited oversight.
    • Advanced ability withfull suite of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word ExcelPowerPoint)
    • Branded residential real estatesales or Luxury/ Lifestyle/ lodging industry experiencepreferred.
    • Knowledge and passion for travelspace is strongly encouraged.

    CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

    • Support MI EMEA Residential Developers withdeal support (pitch presentations case studies brand specificmaterials)
    • Develop and deliver BrandImmersions Sales Training Orientations for newlicensees.
    • Maintain current brand standardsand graphic guidelines for all residential brands.
    • Develop and implement brand specific marketing toolkitsin support of licensee marketing efforts.
    • Prioritize Licensee access to Bonvoy email and directmail channels and secure placements with Bonvoy organization.Responsible for evaluating the appropriate use of Company data bylicensees for direct mail/ email programs.
    • Focus on programs that provide lowcost high value to helplicensees to attract prospective real estate purchasers.
    • Strengthen licensee relationships through proactiveaccount management and responsive timely communication of bestpractices initiatives consumer insights events/programs.
    • Take a consultative approach with residential licenseesto ensure websites and all marketing communications comply withlegal guidelines and brand graphic standards.
    • Help implement the new Licensee onboarding process forefficiency and to better scale volume of accounts managedglobally.
    • Create competitive analysis reportsand presentations for Sr. Management
    • Partnerwith team members to maintain Residential Digital Asset Library;track usage rights on rights managed content organize photo shootsas necessary.
    • Secure residential project nameswebsite URLs MARSHA codes EIDs etc. on behalf ofLicensees
    • Work collaboratively withResidential Operations to identify marketing synergies and identifyproperties in support of PR opportunities.
    • Review and approve Owner communications from ResidentialOperations to ensure compliance with legal and brand graphicstandards.
    • Prepare presentations and marketingproject briefs.
    • Partner with the marketingorganization on the development of customer facing residentialcommunications templates collateral development photographyetc.
    • Provide guidance to licensee teams toensure sales & marketing critical path document forresidential openings is developed and maintained.

    GENERAL EXPECTEDCONTRIBUTIONS

    • Performs thefollowing types of tasks: communicate with MI developers externalowners marketing agencies and residential brokers.
    • Responds to solves and makes decisions on businessrequests.

    • Contributes to thedevelopment of a compelling and differentiated brand strategyleveraging the brands consumer competitive and other stakeholderprofiles and needs.
    • Creates project plansguides and engages respective project teams throughout the projectfrom kick off to implementation.
    • Informsbusiness strategies plans and initiatives with relevant consumerand market trend data.
    • Builds strong workingrelationships across departments or teams.
    • Sets direction for initiatives that improve brandperformance.
    • Acts as the projectleader/project manager with the following responsibilities:
      • Accountable for delivering the results of theproject.
      • Provide brand content guidance to theproject.
      • Participate in review cycles at keymilestones & provide go/nogo decision.
      • Sign off on deliverables.
      • Activelyparticipate in ideation sessions
      • Contribute toconcept definition & development.
      • Helpdevelop & drive implementation plan.
      • Ensure appropriate sponsorship and resourcing.
      • Establish key milestones and approval roles
      • Ensure timely delivery against milestones.
