Understanding of futures markets andability to hedge on the same. 20%: Develop long range purchasingplans and strategies using a proactiveapproach.

Manage and aggressively identifyopportunities to optimize and mitigate risk within the supplychain.

20%: Collaborate closely withOperations, Supply Chain and Sales on risks and costs evolutionassociated with all key functions, in order to optimize pricing andcontribution margin.

10%: Responsible foraligning overall team resources to execute against short term andlong term strategies and meeting strategic sourcing andlocation/plant/BU objectives.

Provides overallguidance and procurement work expertise to the team. Accountablefor talent development, succession planning and engagement ofteam.
