Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify product technology issues/complaints & discuss with the Subject Matter Experts in the relevant fields and provide feedback to the relevant onshore or offshore locations.
  • Maintain/Supervise and Create user stories and prepare Process Implementation strategy based on best international and standard practices.
  • Maintain/Supervise BRDs and HLDs based on CBUAE guidelines & Bank's Payment strategy.
  • Deep understanding of NPSS (National Payment Systems Strategy).
  • Prepare FSD's and Test cases covering entire functionality with the received BRD from client.
  • Providing solutions for the correct stitching logic to achieve the projects goals successfully.
  • Conducted meetings with all stakeholders to collect business requirements and document system solutions accordingly.
  • Identify product technology issues/complaints & discuss with the Subject Matter Experts in the relevant fields and provide feedback

Salary:
AED3, AED16,584.86 per month
