• Dealing professionally with all Government of UAE official smart apps and websites.
• Dealing professionally with the website of using online systems of including but not limited MOL, MOI (EDNRD & GDRFA), DHA, DED, RTA, ICP, MOHRE, AND TASHEEL.
• Onboarding & Offboarding procedures.
• Making sure the required documents are in place and proper before submission.
• Knowledgeable about mainland, freezone companies' formation and compliance procedures.
• Support the Corporate Team in ensuring a high level of client service and PR activities and ensure effective communication with Government Agencies (e.g. DED, MOE, Notary Public, MOFA, MOHRE, DHA, MOH, Municipality, etc.) stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service and assistance skills.
• Good knowledge in Abu Dhabi
• Dubai government service sectors.
• Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence.
• Excellent English Language & Communication skills.
