We are currently looking for a passionate Energetic Property Consultants to join our team who is ready for challenges and willing for financial growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Research the real estate market and provide clients with information on properties that match their requirements.
  • Advise clients on property values, pricing, and market trends
  • Prepare and present property listings and purchase offers to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
  • Stay uptodate on real estate laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry
  • Utilize marketing and advertising strategies to attract new clients and promote properties
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all real estate transactions.

Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, and additional languages Spanish, Germen, are plus points.
