    Dubai Holding Group Services is Dubai Holding LLC's shared business services arm that provides consolidated business solutions in procurement, finance and human capital across the Dubai Holding LLC group of companies.


    A 6-month internship providing hands-on experience in supporting Master Data Management (MDM) activities within the Human Capital function, contributing to HR pillars and other business functions.

    The intern will assist in maintaining and validating employee master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal data governance standards.

    This role provides hands-on exposure to Human Capital systems, data reporting and process documentation, helping enhance data-driven decision-making across the organisation.


    • Maintain and update employee master data within Human Capital systems.
    • Conduct regular data quality checks, validations and audits.
    • Assist in data cleansing initiatives to improve accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations related to MDM activities.
    • Support ongoing MDM projects and digital initiatives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional/pillar teams to ensure data consistency and compliance with standards.
