    The Opportunity

    Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Travel Retail Commercial Executive will play a proactive and pivotal role within the commercial team, overseeing day-to-day commercial, operational, and reporting aspects for assigned TRME partners. This includes ensuring the development of strong customer relationships and the seamless execution of ordering processes to achieve net sales targets.

    What you'll get to do

  • Build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with travel retail partners at operational level and work with them to maintain smooth process flows.
  • Check, confirm and follow-up on monthly orders from customers to maximize fill rate and on-time delivery.
  • Forecast sales by retailer, update shipment planning tools and provide regular updates on stock levels and anticipated requirements.
  • Monitor current monthly orders pipeline, maintain clear sell-in tracking and update KAM.
  • Track limited editions allocations of saleable and FOCs and organize timely shipment.
  • Maintain a clear planning and shipping process of all non-saleable items (testers, GWPs, etc.)
  • Prepare novelties listing forms to support the roll-out of agreed new assortments.
  • Build and propose price-off mechanics, closely monitor budget to ensure no overspend within assigned accounts.
  • Review accounts payable and receivables, follow-up on payments and issuance of CNs and DNs
  • Update Commercial and Price-off agreements on internal tools (G2N), reconciliate annual rental and rebate calculations.

  • Demonstrated experience in similar sales/commercial roles, ideally gained within the beauty and/or consumer goods industry and/or luxury environment.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the travel retail and beauty trends.
  • Collaborative nature, ability to work with cross functional teams, act as a true business partner and build internal/external relationships.
  • Strong ability to work with numbers and extensive experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
