- Operate follow spotlights during live shows and events
- Maintain follow spotlights and ensure they are in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with lighting and sound teams during events
- Work with stage management to ensure timely cue execution
- Attend all technical rehearsals and show calls as required
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as directed
- At least 1+ years of experience operating follow spotlights for live events
- Strong understanding of lighting and sound systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Willingness to travel to various event locations
- Ability to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.

Description
THE Production TEAM is currently seeking Follow Spot Operators to join their Dubai team of technicians. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating follow spotlights during a live sporting event, which will be broadcasted internationally. As part of THE Production TEAM, the chosen candidates will be working alongside a team of experienced technicians and could be shortlisted for future opportunities in the region, should they perform well.
