JOB DESCRIPTION

Create Brand Budget Plans together with GM, Sales and Purchase.
Plan forecast alignment and strategy with GM.
Develop New Brand strategies, projected sales, inventory by sku needs, and order flow set ups.
Prepare sales projections and buying plan to support all merchandising and promotion strategies.
Independently manage monthly / in season OTB sales, GM%, and inventory adjustment projections.
Reconcile OTB Sales and Receipt projections for Replenishment/Demand Planning system forecasts.
Present and lead monthly crossfunctional OTB meeting.
Validate productive assortment by analysis and recommendations of presentation, items to discontinue, and items to develop, within productivity guidelines.
Analyze and validate sales and inventory needs for Key Initiatives.
Develop liquidation strategy on exit brands/collections or overstock.
Partner and drive allocation strategy to support inventory merchandise strategy.
Consistent communication with GM on sales performance, in stocks, and outstanding issues
Provide OTB and SKU forecasts to GM to gain targeted product rate.
Report updated business trends and stock continuity
