Hiring Pastry Chef for Catering in the Central Production Unit (CPU)
Responsibilities for pastry chef

  • Ready to work for catering in the Central Production Unit.
  • Able to create innovative menus and dishes
  • Follow all the steps for menu or new dish preparation.
  • Control food wastage and report.
  • Cost Control at all time.
  • Must be hardworking and ready to do preparation for at least hundreds of customers.
  • Responsible for the preparation and production of pastry/dessert menus, and the development and execution of recipes for all pastries done in Central/Cloud kitchen.
Qualifications for pastry chef

  • 4 years experience as a pastry chef including at least 2 years in culinary or an equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience with specialized training in pastry
  • Minimum 4 years experience as Pastry Chef/Bakery Chef or relevant
  • Certificate or Diploma in culinary arts, pastrymaking, baking, or related field
  • Ability to create new pastries, cakes, bread, desserts and
  • Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialist.

Salary: 5400AED + 600AED for OT


Salary:
Up to AED5,400.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
