Job Title:
Accountant/Public Relations Officer (Accountant/PRO)

Location:
Al-Ain, UAE

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED 3, AED 5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (required)

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Accounting Functions:

Record daily transactions, manage petty cash, and issue sales invoices.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely settlement of balances.
Prepare monthly trial balances and perform bank reconciliations.
Manage payroll, fixed assets, and track depreciation.
Submit periodic financial reports to management.

PRO Functions:

Stay updated and inform HR on changes in government work and migration standards.
Ensure timely update and maintenance of all employees' visas and work contracts.
Maintain and update business and trade licenses and manage official approvals.
Prepare and process necessary documents at government agencies such as Customs, Chamber of Commerce, and Municipality.
Represent the company at various government offices as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant and/or Public Relations Officer, particularly in handling government relations in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, UAE labor, and immigration laws.
Proficiency in accounting software and familiar with eChannel portal transactions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
