Retail Sales Executive - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - Al Naboodah Company

Description

Handles telephone inquiries from customers relating to vehicle prices and availability, warranty matters, and follows-up on previous inquiries.
Deals with walk-in customers in the showroom.
Prepare tenders, quotations and replies to inquiries in consultation with sales manager.
Prepare daily call reports and weekly hot prospect sheet for submission to the Sales Manager.
Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets.

In the absence of the Sales Co-Ordinator and the Assistant Manager - Showroom, receives the vehicle and performs receiving inspection.

Gathers market information as requested.
Prospects for new customers through research, referral selling.
Receives on phone / walk-in, after-sales complaints and service problems, and in turn tries to solve them.
Arranges and conducts demonstrations and test drivesCoordinate with service centre for effective customer care.
Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company's QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.
