To provide analytical analysis of catering operations; provide culinary expertise and skills for the Catering Department of flydubai across all aircraft, classes of travel and destinations

Responsibilities:
a

• Develop and maintain menus based on class, region and caterer for all flydubai destinations.

b

• Issue directives to caterers in network on menu and quality components based on passenger and crew feedback and comments.

c

• Analyse complimentary catering (JC & YC) wastage and shortages and develop and implement action plan to reduce wastage and improve customer experience with correct levels of catering onboard.

d

• Take responsibility for and establish start up caterers in out stations in relation to menus, culinary preparedness and provide on site support for start up flights.
