Description

• Sets up and operates injection machines/extrusion line.
• Mold/die loading and setup, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.
• Sets machine controls, regulating temperatures, pressures and time, according to the molding / extrusion parameters.
• Maintaining the cycle times/output rate as per master data sheet.
• Monitoring the quality of the product during the production and maintain it as per the standards and spec limits.
• Troubleshooting the production process when necessary.
• Execute the production works in line with the safety and quality procedures.
• To ensure safe working conditions and practices for all the workers under his supervision
• To ensure good housekeeping at his work areas.

• Skilled workers and helpers assisting in production.

• Academic qualification: 10th Grade or Vocational Training

• Skills:
• Troubleshooting skills
• English language
• Teamwork ability.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
