Employer Branding:
Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand of the property management company to attract top talent.

Onboarding:

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UAE and KSA employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and keeping up with industry trends.

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Recruitment/Sourcing: 6 years (required)
- property management or real estate industry: 3 years (required)
