- Bachelor / Higher diploma ofEngineering from an accredited College orUniversity.
- Cost Estimator certificate is anadded advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of experiencethrough multiple function and assignments in engineering,procurement, and estimation activities, OR comparable estimationrelated experience in otherfunctions/companies.
- Prior experience ofworking with EPC Contractors / Operating Company / Engineeringconsultants.
- Working knowledge ofmulti-discipline engineering is highlydesired.
- Prior working experience in MENAregion & UAE is a must.
- Ability ofpreparing BoQ from multidiscipline drawing /RFT.
- Knowledge of cost of engineering,construction manhours, cost of bulk, construction cost ismust.
- Strong collaborator with excellentwritten and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonalskills.
- Strong negotiationskill.
- Proficiency inEnglish.
